Deluxe Message Arrow Flags "Sign Here

Universal Deluxe Message Arrow Flags "Sign Here" come in a 120-count pop-up dispenser. Bright, bold print on each flag marks exactly where a signature is needed. The assorted colours — blue, green, red and yellow — make the flags easy to spot in long contracts or forms. Reusable and repositionable adhesive lets you move them without damage.

Replaces loose sticky notes and manual tabbing

Loose sticky notes fall off and require handwritten reminders; these pre-printed flags eliminate that step. The jump is worth it when you regularly process multi-page documents that need clear, consistent sign-here indicators. The pop-up dispenser keeps flags organised and portable for desk or briefcase use. Not suited for buyers who need blank flags for custom messages or larger flag sizes.

120 flags per pack — .5 x 1.75 inches each

The pack supplies 120 flags, enough for dozens of agreements before a refill is needed. Each flag measures .5 by 1.75 inches, fitting standard signature lines on letter and A4 pages. Reusable adhesive extends the usable life across multiple documents. Runs out when high-volume workflows demand hundreds of flags per week or when a different message such as "Initial Here" is required.

Questions about this item

What size are the individual arrow flags in the 99011 pack?

Each flag measures 0.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches high, making them compact enough for dense documents while remaining highly visible.

How do you load the pop-up dispenser for the first time?

Open the dispenser lid, insert the stacked flags so the adhesive edges face forward, then close the lid and pull the first flag through the slot to prime the feed.

When should I replace the flags in the 120-count pack?

Replace flags when the adhesive no longer holds securely to paper or when the "SIGN HERE" print becomes worn and difficult to read.
