Electric Half-Strip Stapler 43120

This UNIVERSAL OFFICE PRODUCTS stapler is a compact electric unit designed for light office or home use. It handles half-strip staples and offers a 20 sheet capacity for everyday tasks. Dual power options include an included AC adapter or four AA batteries sold separately. The plastic black chassis measures 5.25 inches long by 2 inches wide by 3 inches high.

Sustained 20-Sheet Capacity

The mechanism is rated to fasten up to 20 sheets consistently during repeated use. A power-assisted drive can process up to 25 sheets when extra force is needed for thicker stacks. The half-strip magazine limits the number of staples held before reloading. Throat depth is fixed at one-half inch for standard document positioning.

Standard Staple Interface Limits

This stapler accepts only standard half-strip staples, restricting staple leg length and crown width to common office sizes. The fixed half-inch throat depth prevents stapling farther from the page edge. Battery operation requires four AA cells not supplied with the unit. The pop-out front channel eases reloading but does not change staple compatibility.

Questions about this item

How noisy is the 43120 when it runs all day on AC power?

The motor is a small electric drive; it makes a brief click per staple and stays quiet enough for an open-plan office.

What must I already have to use the 43120 out of the box?

The AC adapter is included, so only standard half-strip staples are needed to start stapling.

Will the 43120 handle the same half-strip staples my old manual stapler uses?

Yes, it takes standard half-strip staples and fastens up to 25 sheets with a 1/2-inch throat depth.
