Direct replacement for NEC projectors

The device arrives pre-programmed so no setup is required. Simply insert batteries and it is ready to operate the projector immediately.

Ready-to-use with installed functions

All original remote functions are installed at the factory, eliminating any learning or pairing steps. The unit matches the button layout and command set of the NEC accessory it replaces. Batteries are the only addition needed before first use. A 12 month guarantee covers the replacement.

White handset for listed NEC models

The remote is finished in projector white to match the aesthetic of the compatible NEC units. It supports the NP-M363W, NP-M362X, NP-M362W, NP-M363X and NP-M353WS models exclusively. Buyers with other NEC or non-NEC projectors will need a different remote. No programming or configuration is possible beyond the preset codes.

Questions about this item

Will the battery contacts on the NP-M363W remote corrode over time?

The remote uses standard button-cell or AAA batteries; swapping them once a year prevents contact corrosion and keeps the unit working.

What stops the NP-M362X remote from working during a long presentation?

Battery depletion is the first limit — a fresh set typically lasts several months of daily use.

Does the NP-M362W remote get warm or make noise after hours of use?

No, it is a passive infrared handset with no fan or active electronics, so it stays silent and cool.
