Emergency repair kit

The Universal Tool G_RK1-303 is an 11-piece emergency eyeglass repair kit contained in a compact plastic case. It provides a precision flathead screwdriver, four micro screws, two nose pads and two hinge rings for common frame fixes. The case measures four inches in length and fits in a pocket, purse, backpack or car glovebox. It enables quick repairs without a visit to an optical shop.

Spectacle wearers and precision tasks

This kit suits anyone who wears prescription glasses or sunglasses and wants to tighten loose screws or replace missing nose pads and hinges immediately. It also works for small electronics or appliances that need a precision flathead driver in tight spaces. Buyers who need a ratcheting driver, a larger assortment of screw sizes or specialised jeweller’s tools should look at something else.

11-piece component count

The single specification that decides suitability is the 11-piece component count: one flathead screwdriver, four screws, two nose pads and two hinge rings. If a repair requires Phillips screws, additional nose-pad styles, temple tips or a broader screw selection, this kit will not cover the job.
