3/8 In. Butterfly Impact Wrench

The Universal Tool UT2025R is a pneumatic impact wrench designed for professional mechanics and maintenance technicians. Its butterfly-style throttle allows instant forward and reverse control with one hand. The tool suits MRO departments and general repair shops that need quick fastener work.

Sustained load behaviour

A reliable single hammer mechanism delivers consistent impulse force during extended use. The built-in multi-position regulator lets the operator match torque to the joint without stopping. Top exhaust directs air away from the work piece and the user for cleaner, cooler operation.

Friction ring socket retainer

The friction ring holds sockets securely while still permitting rapid changes on the job. This retainer style decides whether the wrench fits your existing socket set and workflow. Buyers who need a pin-detent or quick-release anvil should choose a different tool.

Questions about this item

How much noise and vibration does the single-hammer mechanism produce during all-day use?

The single-hammer design delivers reliable impacts with lower vibration than twin-hammer models, reducing operator fatigue during extended MRO and general repair tasks.

What air supply components must I already have to run the 3/8 inch butterfly impact wrench?

You need a compressed-air source, a hose with a compatible fitting for the swivel air inlet, and an inline filter-regulator-lubricator to ensure clean, regulated airflow.

Will the friction-ring socket retainer hold my existing 3/8 inch drive sockets securely?

Yes, the friction-ring retainer grips standard 3/8 inch drive sockets firmly while still allowing quick socket changes on older socket sets.
