Wireless Fridge Freezer Thermometer

This wireless thermometer monitors refrigerator and freezer temperatures from up to 328 ft away using two included sensors. A Swiss-made Sensirion sensor provides a range of -40°F to +158°F with +/-1.8°F accuracy. The main unit features a 4.5 inch backlit LCD display for clear reading at any angle. It is designed for homeowners who want remote temperature visibility without opening doors.

Alarm Alerts and Power Options

Adjustable high and low temperature thresholds trigger a 90 dB audible alarm for 2 minutes when limits are exceeded, helping prevent food spoilage. The display unit runs on USB power for continuous backlight operation with three brightness levels, or on battery power where the screen illuminates for 10 seconds per button press. Sensors transmit updated readings to the display every 30 seconds.

Transmission Range and Sensor Count

Wireless transmission reaches 328 ft (100 m) in open air, determining placement flexibility for the two included sensors. Obstructions such as walls or appliance shielding will reduce effective range. The system supports exactly two sensors; buyers needing to monitor three or more zones simultaneously should consider a different solution.
