Laptop sleeve for 15 to 16 inch notebooks

This sleeve fits notebooks up to 15 or 16 inches and uses high density foam for impact protection. The main compartment holds the device while a front pocket stores accessories and documents. It is built with a body made largely from recycled polyester.

70 percent recycled polyester construction

The fabric uses rPET polyester derived from recycled plastic bottles, making up to 70 percent of the material. This choice reduces reliance on virgin plastics while keeping the sleeve lightweight. The high density foam padding and plastic structure add durability without extra bulk.

15.4 by 11.4 by .8 inch dimensions

The sleeve measures 15.4 inches high, 11.4 inches wide and .8 inch deep. These dimensions determine whether your specific notebook will fit inside the padded compartment. Check your device measurements against these figures before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the high-density foam padding compress or need replacing after daily use?

The sleeve uses high-density foam that resists permanent compression under normal daily loads; no scheduled replacement is required.

What stops me from fitting a thicker 16-inch laptop into the 0.8-inch deep compartment?

The internal depth is fixed at 0.8 inches, so any device exceeding that thickness will not close properly.

Does the rPET polyester exterior trap heat when the laptop runs all day inside the sleeve?

The rPET fabric is not insulated; it allows passive airflow so the laptop vents heat normally while stored.
