US Plastics RELOC ZIPPIT 6R810 Reclosable Bag 10 in x 8 in 6 mil Pack of 1000

What the bag is and who it suits

The RELOC ZIPPIT 6R810 is a clear polyethylene reclosable bag with a zip seal. It measures 10 inches long by 8 inches wide and has a 6 mil thickness. The pack contains 1000 flat-packed bags that are FDA compliant. It suits anyone who needs a food-safe, resealable pouch for organising small parts, samples or household items.

Capacity and headroom

Each bag provides a usable length of 10 inches and a usable width of 8 inches. The 6 mil wall gives enough strength for lightweight to medium contents such as hardware, craft supplies or dry goods. Heavier or sharp-edged objects may stress the zip closure or puncture the film, so the bag runs out of headroom when loads exceed what the seal and material can reliably contain.

Practical limits of the zip seal

The zip seal runs the full width and closes by hand pressure, creating an airtight and moisture-resistant barrier for the stated dimensions. Repeated opening and closing will eventually fatigue the interlocking profiles, and the seal cannot be heat-welded or used under vacuum. Users who need permanent tamper-evident closure or high-cycle industrial sealing should choose a different closure method.
