65W 19V 3.42A AC Adapter for Acer Chromebooks

This 65 watt AC adapter delivers 19 volts at 3.42 amps and accepts 110 to 240 volt input. It uses a 3.0 by 1.1 millimetre barrel connector designed for selected Acer Chromebook 11, 13, 14 and 15 models including the R11, CB3-131-C3SZ, C720-2103, CB5-571-C1DZ and CB3-111-C670. It also fits Aspire One Cloudbook 11 and 14 units with the same connector.

Suits owners of compatible barrel-connector

Buyers whose laptops charge through USB Type-C or require the yellow-tip 5.5 by 1.7 millimetre connector cannot use this adapter. It is not for devices that need a different voltage, amperage or tip size than the 19 volt 3.42 amp specification listed.

Plug the barrel tip into the laptop

The connector must match the original charger exactly; a loose or incorrect fit will prevent charging. No drivers or software setup are required. The most common issue is ordering the wrong tip size, so verify the 3.0 by 1.1 millimetre dimensions before purchase.
