175 A Anderson kit for 12–36 V systems

This pre-assembled kit delivers a 175 A Anderson connector pair on 6 AWG UL1015 cable rated for 600 V. Each 1.2 m lead is terminated with identical genderless plugs, so either end can serve as the supply or load side. The housing uses UL94V-0 high-impact plastic that resists heat to 105 °C and corrosion in harsh environments. It suits DC circuits from 12 V to 36 V in automotive, marine and industrial equipment.

Check wire gauge and voltage before ordering

Verify that your application operates within the 12 V to 36 V DC range and does not exceed the 175 A continuous rating of the connectors. Confirm that 6 AWG conductors meet the voltage-drop and ampacity requirements for your run length and that the 600 V insulation rating satisfies any local code. The genderless design means no polarity-specific plugs are needed, but ensure the mating device also accepts standard 175 A Anderson housings.

UL94V-0 shells and pre-crimped terminals

The connector bodies are moulded from Class A UL94V-0 plastic that withstands elevated temperature and chemical exposure without degrading. Terminals arrive factory-crimped to the 1.2 m UL1015 wires, eliminating field crimping and reducing installation time.
