96% Layout Wireless Mechanical Keyboard

The usbroway K17 Max is a low-profile mechanical keyboard with a compact 96% layout that retains a full numeric keypad. It connects via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, or wired USB-C. Low-profile Gateron Brown switches provide tactile feedback in a slim aluminium frame designed for both work and gaming.

Connectivity Limits and Firmware Control

The 2.4 GHz link runs at a 1000 Hz polling rate for responsive input, while Bluetooth 5.1 supports pairing with up to three devices for quick switching. QMK open-source firmware allows deep keymap customisation through the Keychron Launcher web app, which works across operating systems without installed software.

Compatibility Checks Before Purchase

Verify that your devices support Bluetooth 5.1 or have a free USB port for the 2.4 GHz receiver or wired cable. The 96% layout is smaller than a full-size board, so confirm the key arrangement suits your workflow. Low-profile switches and keycaps differ in feel and height from standard mechanical units.
