Authentic Nagoya NA-701G 5.5-Inch GMRS Antenna

This is a certified original Nagoya whip antenna tuned for GMRS use at 462 MHz. It connects via an SMA-Male interface with a center pin on the antenna side. The 5.5-inch length aims to boost weak frequencies and improve reception of distant stations. It handles up to 10 watts of power and offers 2.15 dBi transmit gain.

SMA-Male Connector and GMRS Tuning

The SMA-Male connector fits radios designed for that specific interface, such as compatible BTECH and BaoFeng handhelds. GMRS tuning focuses transmit performance on the 462 MHz band while the receive range spans 120 to 900 MHz. The longer whip design prioritises signal capture over maximum portability for users needing extended reach.

Verify Radio Connector and Frequency Needs

Confirm your radio uses an SMA-Male connection with a center pin on the antenna side before ordering. Ensure your operating requirements match the 462 MHz transmit frequency and the 120 to 900 MHz receive window. This antenna is not suited for radios requiring a different connector type or for transmit bands outside the specified GMRS frequency.
