Full-Size Mechanical Layout

The usbroway Scorpion V1 is a full-size wired mechanical gaming keyboard with 104 keys. It uses clicky tactile switches that require 50g of actuation force for instant response. The keyboard connects via USB-A and includes a USB-C adaptor for modern ports. It suits gamers and typists who want a traditional layout with distinct feedback.

RGB Lighting and Media Controls

Over 16 million colours are available across 15 plus lighting modes for full personalisation. Dedicated multimedia controls handle play, pause, mute and track skipping. A multi-functional roller provides quick volume adjustment. Keys are laser-etched for durability and the chassis cleans easily from dirt and grime.

Clicky Tactile Switch Feel

The defining characteristic is the clicky tactile switch with 50g actuation force. Buyers who prefer silent or linear switches will not find that feel here. The keyboard is wired only, so users needing wireless freedom should look elsewhere. Adjustable feet allow angle changes for long sessions.

Questions about this item

Can the key switches be replaced when they wear out?

The keyboard uses fixed mechanical switches that are not hot-swappable, so individual switches cannot be changed without desoldering.

What limits continuous gaming sessions first?

The 50 g actuation force and clicky tactile feedback are the primary factors that affect finger fatigue during extended use.

How loud is the keyboard after hours of typing?

Clicky mechanical switches produce an audible click on every keystroke, so sound level stays constant regardless of how long the keyboard runs.
