This UTEK extender transmits HDMI video, audio and USB control up to 150 metres over a single Cat6 cable. It supports matrix routing for up to 99 device groups so multiple sources can be shared across multiple displays. The kit includes one transmitter and one receiver with US power plugs. Infrared pass-through is provided for remote-command relay.

Check cabling and display limits before ordering

You need a solid Cat6 run no longer than 150 metres between the TX and RX units. The system tops out at 1920 by 1080 resolution at 60 Hz, so 4K or higher-refresh screens will not work. Each endpoint requires a free HDMI port and a USB port for keyboard and mouse connectivity. A PoE-capable network switch is required for the one-to-many matrix function.
