Splits one 4K HDMI source into six 1080p displays with configurable splicing and extracted audio
This UTEK controller accepts one HDMI source at up to 3840x2160/30Hz and splits it across six HDMI displays at up to 1920x1080/60Hz each. It creates a 2x3 video wall without any control software, making it suited for digital signage, hospitality screens or classroom installations that need a single large image from one input.
Pure hardware processing handles the stitching continuously, so the output remains stable during extended playback of advertising loops or teaching material. Audio can be extracted simultaneously through a digital optical fibre connection and a 3.5 mm analogue jack, allowing a separate sound system to run alongside the displays without added latency or driver dependence.
Verify that your source can deliver 3840x2160 at 30Hz, because higher frame rates are not supported on the input. Use an AWG26 HDMI cable no longer than 8 metres for 4K/30Hz signals, or a certified 2.0 cable no longer than 3 metres if your source attempts 4K/60Hz. Each display must accept 1920x1080 at 60Hz, and you will need six HDMI output cables of appropriate length for your layout.

The unit is a pure hardware design with no fan, so it runs silently and generates minimal heat during continuous operation.
You need one HDMI source at up to 3840x2160/30 Hz, six HDMI displays that accept 1920x1080/60 Hz, and standard HDMI cables — 8 m for 4K/30 Hz or 3 m for 4K/60 Hz input runs.
Yes, the controller downscales the 3840x2160 input to 1920x1080/60 Hz on each of the six HDMI outputs, so legacy 1080p displays work without changes.
