8K KVM Switch for Two Computers

This KVM switch lets two computers share one HDMI 2.1 monitor and up to four USB 3.0 peripherals. It targets gamers, streamers and workstation users who need high refresh rates without swapping cables. Plug-and-play operation works across Windows, macOS, Linux and major consoles.

Passive Operation With No Fan Noise

The unit draws power from the connected computers and has no moving parts, so it adds no audible noise or measurable heat to the setup. Typical power draw is negligible compared with the host systems. HDMI 2.1 and HDCP 2.3 compliance ensure full bandwidth for HDR10, Dolby Vision, VRR and ALLM.

Replaces Manual Cable Swapping

It replaces the hassle of physically changing HDMI and USB cables when moving between a desktop and a laptop or console. The jump is worth it when you regularly use two sources on one high-refresh display and want instant switching via front button or keyboard hotkey while keeping desktop layouts intact.

Questions about this item

How do I connect two PCs and one monitor to this KVM switch without getting the wrong resolution?

Connect both PCs and the monitor to the HDMI 2.1 ports first, then power on the switch; if the resolution is incorrect, restart the PCs to force proper EDID handshake.

Which parts will need replacement after extended use?

The HDMI 2.1 cables are the only components likely to degrade; replace them if 10K@120Hz or 8K@120Hz signals become unstable.

What is the first limit I will hit during long gaming sessions at high refresh rates?

The HDMI 2.1 bandwidth ceiling caps uncompressed video at 10K@120Hz 4:2:0; sustained 4K@144Hz or 1080P@240Hz stays within spec.
