A dual-monitor KVM switch connects two laptops via USB-C with MST, sharing two HDMI displays, Ethernet and peripherals at up to 2K 144Hz or 1080P 240Hz
This KVM switch connects two laptops and two monitors through dual USB-C MST inputs and two HDMI outputs, letting a single keyboard, mouse and peripheral set control both machines. It targets home-office users and gamers who need to alternate between a work laptop and a personal laptop without re-plugging cables. Mac users should note that macOS does not support MST, so both screens will show duplicate content instead of an extended desktop.
Each USB-C port supplies up to 60 W of power delivery, allowing both connected laptops to charge while the switch is in use. If a laptop requires more than 60 W, it will not receive enough power through this unit and a separate charger will be needed.
Switching between laptops is done by pressing the front-panel button and typically takes two to three seconds thanks to built-in EDID emulation and automatic wake-up. The switch does not support variable-refresh technologies such as FreeSync or G-Sync, and Dell Display Manager is not supported, so adaptive-sync monitors will fall back to fixed refresh rates.

It means the HDMI outputs can deliver 2560×1440 resolution at up to 144 frames per second, provided your laptop GPU and the HDMI cables support that rate.
The USB-C ports carry DP 1.4a video and USB 3.0 data; they cap video at 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 or 2560×1440@144Hz and data at 5Gbps per laptop.
The unit sits on a flat surface; it requires two HDMI cables to your monitors, two USB-C cables to your laptops, and a power adapter for the 60W charging on each port.
