Questions about this item

How do I confirm the VC-VIP-324D is delivering the correct 24VDC 300mA output after connecting it?

Measure the barrel connector output with a multimeter; it should read approximately 24 V DC under load, and the connected VoIP device should power on and register normally.

What comes with the VC-VIP-324D and what must I source separately?

The unit includes the power supply with attached barrel connector; you must supply the AC mains cable and any mounting hardware for the receptacle-mounted design.
