12" x 12" Clear Poly Bags for Light-Duty Packing

These clear low-density polyethylene bags measure 12 inches by 12 inches with a 3 mil thickness. They suit operations that need a simple open-ended sleeve for small parts, mailers or retail items. The flat bottom keeps contents stable during handling and storage.

FDA-Compliant Material and Case Quantity

Each case supplies 1000 bags made from FDA-compliant LDPE approved for direct food contact where applicable. The open top allows quick manual filling without heat-sealing equipment. A hang hole is not included, so the bags stack or bin freely on packing lines.

Questions about this item

Will the 3 mil Low Density Polyethylene material degrade or need replacement after a period of storage?

Low Density Polyethylene is stable for long-term storage; the bags do not degrade under normal conditions and require no scheduled replacement.

What is the maximum weight the 12 x 12 inch, 3 mil flat bottom seal can hold before splitting under sustained load?

The 3 mil LDPE construction with a 12 inch flat bottom seal is designed for lightweight contents; heavy or sharp items will stress the seal first.

Do the clear poly bags emit any odor or heat when packed continuously throughout the day?

The LDPE material is inert and produces no odor or heat during continuous packing operations.
