Product Identity

The Value Brand 12x12 ft Fire Retard Drainage Tarp is a polyethylene leak diverter designed to catch and redirect fluid away from sensitive areas. It suits facilities teams, maintenance crews, and warehouse operators who need overhead drip protection.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that the mounting location can support the 12 ft by 12 ft footprint and that anchor points exist for bungee cords, drawstrings, hooks, or straps. Confirm local regulations allow materials flagged under California Proposition 65 for cancer and reproductive-harm risks before deployment.

Ideal Users and Limits

This tarp fits teams needing a large, fire-retardant drainage sheet with multiple tie-down options and no integrated hose. Buyers who require a built-in drain hose, a smaller coverage area, or a material without Proposition 65 warnings should evaluate alternative leak-diverter designs.

What is included with the 12x12 ft fire-retardant drainage tarp and what must be purchased separately?

The tarp includes bungee cords with hooks, drawstrings, hooks and straps for mounting. A drainage hose is not included and must be sourced separately if required.

Which size and material version of this leak diverter should be chosen for a 12 ft by 12 ft coverage area?

Select the polyethylene model measuring 12 ft in length and 12 ft in width. This version provides the specified fire-retardant drainage performance for that exact footprint.

What does the Proposition 65 warning mean for daily handling of this polyethylene tarp?

The warning indicates the tarp contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling and avoid prolonged skin contact.
