Inventory control labels for shipping workflows

Red circular labels printed with the word Rejected provide a clear visual signal for items that fail inspection, helping warehouse staff and mailroom teams sort non-conforming stock quickly. Each roll contains one thousand labels so high-volume operations can keep a single supply on hand for extended periods.

Paper construction with permanent rubber adhesive

The label material is paper with a bright, high-visibility finish that stands out on cartons and bins, while the permanent rubber adhesive bonds securely to corrugated, plastic and metal surfaces in indoor environments. Supplied on a roll, the labels feed cleanly through hand-held or desktop dispensers without the need for special equipment.

Indoor-rated durability with RoHS compliance

Designed for indoor use, the labels resist routine handling and temperature variation found in typical warehouse conditions, and the RoHS marking confirms the adhesive and face stock meet restricted-substance requirements. No outdoor exposure rating is claimed, so the product suits controlled environments rather than weather-exposed docks.

Questions about this item

Does the 2 in diameter fit standard inventory bins?

Each label measures 2 in across the circle so it covers typical bin fronts and shelf tags.

What surface preparation does the permanent rubber adhesive need?

Clean the area with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, then press the label firmly for several seconds to activate the bond.

How do I load the 1000-label roll into a desktop dispenser?

Thread the roll so labels feed from the bottom, align the first label with the peel bar, and advance one label to remove the liner slack.
