Zoro Select 2D012 Changer Head

The Zoro Select 2D012 is a light bulb changer head designed for maintenance tasks. It fits specific bulb types including B17, E17, E18, ED17 and ED18. The tool uses a fingers design with a garter spring to grip the lamp securely. It suits facilities teams and electricians replacing compatible bulbs.

Compatible Bulb Types Listed

This head only works with the bulb types explicitly listed in the specifications. It will not fit standard household bases or larger industrial lamps outside the B17, E17, E18, ED17 and ED18 range. The garter spring mechanism relies on the exact dimensions of those envelopes. Buyers needing other bases must choose a different changer head.

Simple Pole Attachment

Installation consists of mounting the head onto a compatible extension pole. The fingers with garter spring engage the bulb when pressed upward and turned. A common issue is applying uneven pressure which can slip the grip or damage the glass. Ensure the pole is stable before attempting removal.

Questions about this item

Which changer head fits B17, E17, E18, ED17 and ED18 bulbs?

This Zoro Select head uses fingers with a garter spring to grip B17, E17, E18, ED17 and ED18 lamp types directly.

What does the Grainger 3V698 compatibility mean for my tool kit?

It confirms the head matches the 3V698 pole or handle, so it threads on without an adapter.

Does the Proposition 65 notice affect how I use the changer?

The warning covers a listed chemical in the materials; normal bulb‑changing use does not alter the notice.
