Valve for combustible gases and water
This carbon steel ball valve handles combustible gases and water in a straight inline configuration. The one-piece body uses a 316 stainless steel ball with a standard port. It is a manual two-way valve built for industrial piping systems.
Pressure limits at 2000 psi
Maximum operating pressure is rated at 2000 psi for both general service and steam. Combustible gas pressure and vacuum service are not rated by the manufacturer. The 3-A sanitary standard compliance is also not rated for this model.

Questions about this item
Which nominal valve size matches my 3/8 in piping?
The valve is built for a 3/8 in nominal pipe size, so it connects directly to matching FNPT threads without adapters.
What does the 2,000 psi operating pressure mean when the valve is installed?
It means the carbon steel body and 316 stainless steel ball can hold up to 2,000 psi of water or combustible gas in normal service.
How does the FNPT thread standard limit what I can connect?
Female NPT threads accept only matching male NPT fittings, so the joint seals on the taper and cannot mate to BSP or compression ends.
