Value Brand 39UL13 Expansion Poly Mailers 13x16x4 White PK100

13x16x4 Expansion Poly Mailers

These white poly mailers expand to four inches deep, giving extra room for bulky items such as clothing or boxed accessories. The self-sealing closure secures each shipment without tape or staples. A built-in tear strip lets recipients open the package cleanly. Packs of one hundred suit high-volume shippers.

Durable poly construction

The 0.003 in thick polyethylene resists punctures and moisture during transit. Self-adhesive flaps create a tamper-evident seal that stays closed under normal handling. Tear strips remove the need for knives, reducing damage to contents. Flat dimensions of 13 by 16 inches fit standard shelving and conveyor systems.

Replaces standard flat mailers when depth is needed

Shippers sending thick catalogues, folded garments or multi-item orders gain the extra volume without switching to boxes. The expansion gusset lies flat until filled, saving storage space compared to rigid cartons. The jump is worth it when contents exceed two inches in thickness but still need lightweight, weather-resistant packaging.
