Suggestion Box for Tabletop Use

This steel collection box sits on a desk or counter and accepts forms through a top slot that is 11 1/2 inches wide. The gray cold-rolled steel body measures 11 inches high, 12 1/2 inches wide and 10 inches deep. It ships with two keys, adhesive labels, form templates, mounting screws and a pen.

Locked Steel Construction for Daily Submissions

The cold-rolled steel walls and included lock keep contents secure throughout a full business day of deposits. Two keys allow controlled access for authorised staff while the slot remains open for continuous use. Adhesive labels and form templates help organise incoming material without extra equipment.

10 Inch Depth Sets Capacity Limit

At 10 inches deep the box holds a finite stack of forms before it must be emptied. Buyers who need larger volume storage should consider a different organiser. The fixed dimensions also determine how much surface area the unit occupies on a tabletop.

Questions about this item

Does the steel construction make the collection box noisy when forms drop through the 11 1/2 in top slot?

The cold rolled steel body and 11 in height produce a moderate sound when paper enters the 11 1/2 in slot, but no mechanical parts operate continuously.

Must the buyer supply any tools or fasteners to secure the 12 1/2 in wide box to a surface?

Mounting screws are included, so no additional hardware is required for wall or desk installation.

Will the 10 in depth allow the box to sit flush beside older 10 in deep desk organisers?

Yes, the 10 in depth matches that common organiser dimension, letting it align neatly with existing accessories.
