Shipping void fill for pallets

This transparent dunnage bag measures 72 in by 36 in and is made from 28 mil kraft paper. It is designed to brace loads inside trailers, containers or railcars. Shippers handling palletised freight will use it to prevent lateral shift during transit.

Sustained pressure performance

The bag has a working pressure of 3 psi and a breaking pressure of 6 psi, giving a clear margin for vibration and braking forces. It can fill voids up to 16 in wide, maintaining support over long journeys without sudden rupture.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that the void between your load and the wall or adjacent pallet does not exceed 16 in. Ensure you have an air source capable of reaching 3 psi and that the valve fitting matches your inflator. Confirm the 72 in by 36 in footprint fits the trailer or container cross-section.
