Copper Compression Lug 8 AWG

The ZORO SELECT 24C337 is a one-hole compression lug rated for 8 AWG stranded copper wire and a #10 stud. It provides a UL Listed crimp termination for automotive, marine or industrial power circuits up to 600 V AC.

Verify Wire Size And Stud Before Installing

Confirm the conductor is 8 AWG stranded copper; the lug accepts no other gauge. Ensure the mounting hardware matches a #10 stud and that the straight tongue orientation suits the bus bar or terminal block layout.

Seamless Copper Barrel With Inspection Hole

The seamless red-coded barrel carries die code 21 and includes an inspection hole to verify full conductor insertion. Rated to 300 °F maximum operating temperature, the RoHS-compliant copper construction resists corrosion in harsh environments.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a crimp tool separately?

The package contains the single-hole compression lug only. A compatible crimp tool matched to the connector size is required and sold separately.

How do I choose between the available versions or capacities?

This lug is specified for 8 AWG copper stranded wire and a #10 stud, so select it only when both the wire gauge and the stud size match your application.

What does the 600 V AC rating mean when the lug is installed?

The 600 V AC rating is the maximum voltage the connection is UL Listed to carry once properly crimped onto 8 AWG copper wire.
