Clear Poly Bags on a Roll

These clear poly bags on a roll measure 12 inches by 9 inches with a 1.4 mil thickness. Made from linear low-density polyethylene, they feature an open top and flat bottom. The roll contains 1250 bags suited for shipping and mailing tasks. FDA compliant for food contact use.

General Shipping and Mailroom Use

The bags suit operations needing high-volume, lightweight packaging for non-sharp items. They work for mailing soft goods, textiles or boxed products. Buyers who need tamper-evident seals, zip closures or hang holes should look elsewhere. Heavy or sharp objects may exceed the 1.4 mil strength.

1250-Bag Roll Quantity

A single roll delivers 1250 bags, setting the restock interval for packing stations. This count fits medium-throughput mailrooms without frequent roll changes. Lower-volume shippers may find the roll bulky to store. Higher-volume lines may need multiple rolls on hand.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.4 mil LLDPE material hold up when the bags sit on a packing bench all day?

The 1.4 mil linear low-density polyethylene is designed for standard shipping use and maintains its strength during continuous handling on a packing bench.

Do I need a bag dispenser or heat sealer to use these 12" x 9" roll bags?

The bags come on a roll with an open top, so they can be torn off by hand; a heat sealer or tape is required only if you want to close the top after filling.

Will these clear 1250-count rolls work with the older impulse sealer I already own?

Yes, the 1.4 mil LLDPE material is compatible with standard impulse sealers and will seal cleanly alongside older equipment.
