Green Packing List Envelope 7 x 5 1/2

These green polyethylene envelopes hold packing slips securely during transit. Each pack contains 1000 side-loading envelopes sized 7 inches by 5 1/2 inches with a printed "Packing List Enclosed" message on the top. They suit warehouses and fulfilment centres processing high daily shipment volumes.

Side-loading limits and adhesive bond

The side-loading opening works well for standard paperwork but cannot accommodate thick bundles or rigid cards. Polyethylene film resists moisture yet may tear if snagged on sharp box edges during packing. The printed message is fixed and cannot be customised for special handling instructions.

Peel-and-stick application issues

A pressure-sensitive adhesive strip seals the envelope to cartons without tape or staples. Dust, condensation or recycled-box fibres can weaken the bond, causing the envelope to detach in transit. Applying firm pressure on a clean, dry surface reduces failures. Very cold warehouse temperatures may also slow adhesive tack.
