Value Brand Plate Caster Swivel Polyurethane 6 in 900 lb

Swivel Plate Caster for Heavy Loads

This 6-inch polyurethane swivel caster carries a 900 lb load rating and fits equipment such as wheelbarrows and carts. A side brake lets the operator lock the wheel when the load must stay stationary. The non-marking tread protects finished floors during moves.

Capacity and Headroom

The 900 lb rating covers most loaded wheelbarrows, platform carts and light industrial dollies in a single-caster configuration. Polyurethane on a polyolefin core resists flat-spotting under sustained weight while rolling more quietly than steel or phenolic alternatives. The standard tread shape distributes pressure evenly across the contact patch.

Plate Mount and Brake Limits

The top-plate bolt pattern accepts common cart frames without drilling new holes, and the side brake engages the tread directly for positive holding force. No swivel lock is included, so the caster continues to rotate freely when the brake is released. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to chemicals in the product materials.
