Platform truck for heavy loads

This aluminum platform truck supports up to 550 lb on a ribbed deck measuring 35-1/2 by 24 inches. The folding handle reduces storage space when the cart is not in use. It is built for moving bulky items across warehouses, workshops or job sites.

Upgrade from two-wheel hand trucks

A four-wheel platform eliminates the balancing effort required by hand trucks and keeps the load level on uneven floors. The jump is worth it when loads exceed comfortable lifting height or when frequent turns demand stable tracking.

Fits through standard doorways

At 24 inches wide the deck clears most interior passages without removing door stops. The 37-3/8 inch overall height lets operators push comfortably without excessive bending. Solid aluminum construction resists corrosion in damp environments.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 35-1/2 by 24 inch aluminum deck need?

The deck measures 35-1/2 inches long by 24 inches wide, so allow at least that footprint plus room for the folded handle to swing clear.

What is the common mistake when unfolding the handle on this platform truck?

Users often forget to fully seat the folding handle's locking pins, leaving the handle loose under a 550 lb load.

When should the 17-gauge aluminum deck be inspected for replacement?

Check the ribbed deck surface each season; replace it if ribs are worn flat, cracks appear, or the deck flexes noticeably under weight.
