Polypropylene Utility Cart 500 lb Capacity

This polypropylene utility cart supports up to 500 lb across two deep lipped shelves. It suits warehouses, workshops and garden tasks where a stable, corrosion-resistant platform is needed. The flat handle sits at a comfortable 33 in height for pushing or pulling.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The rigid polypropylene shelves keep their shape under continuous heavy loads without bending. Two rigid and two swivel casters, also made of polypropylene, roll smoothly on flat floors even when the cart is fully loaded. The 19 in gap between shelves accommodates tall items without shifting the centre of gravity.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The beige polypropylene construction resists rust, dents and most chemicals encountered in yard or shop environments. Four-sided 2 3/4 in lips contain spills and stop parts from sliding off during transport. The 37 in by 25 5/8 in shelf dimensions give ample surface area while the cart fits through standard doorways.

Questions about this item

How much noise, heat or power does the cart generate when it is moved all day?

The cart has no motor and produces no heat or power draw; only the polypropylene casters roll on the floor.

What must I already own for the 500 lb capacity cart to work?

Nothing extra is required; the unit ships fully assembled with two rigid and two swivel casters installed.

Will the 33 in handle height and 19 in shelf gap suit the older shelving I keep?

The top shelf sits at 33 in and the lower shelf is 19 in below it, so measure your existing shelves against those heights.
