Installation Notes

The centre-back male thread fits directly into a 1/4 inch NPT female port; wrap the threads with PTFE tape for a leak-free seal. The liquid fill damps needle vibration but makes the gauge heavier, so support the piping if vibration is severe. The case is not field-fillable, so do not attempt to top up the fluid.

Operating Limits

Accuracy follows a 3-2-3 percent scale across the 0 to 300 psi range. The gauge carries no IP or NEMA rating, so protect it from water jets and dust ingress.
