Value Brand Rigid Plate Caster Polyurethane 4 in 1000 lb

1000 lb Rigid Plate Caster

This rigid plate caster supports a 1000 lb load rating on a four inch polyurethane wheel. It suits heavy carts and wheelbarrows that need straight line tracking without swivel movement. The non marking tread protects finished floors while the polyurethane core resists wear. Buyers needing steering capability should choose a swivel model instead.

Simple bolt on installation

The rigid plate mounts with four bolts through the top plate holes for a secure fit. No brake or swivel lock is included so the caster rolls freely once installed. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and the bolt pattern matches to avoid misalignment. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to chemicals in the product.

High capacity for static loads

The 1000 lb rating provides ample headroom for loaded wheelbarrows and material carts on smooth surfaces. Polyurethane tread handles moderate debris without chunking but can deform under sustained maximum weight on rough ground. It runs out of capacity when impact loads exceed the rating or when used on uneven terrain that concentrates force.
