Ultralight Ambidextrous Gaming Mouse

The Value Brand Viper ESL Edition is a wired gaming mouse weighing 71g with an ambidextrous shape built for competitive play. It targets players who want low-latency input without extra weight.

8000Hz HyperPolling and Optical Switches

The 8000Hz polling rate reports position up to 8000 times per second for near-zero input latency. The Focus+ 20K optical sensor adds motion sync and asymmetric cut-off for accurate tracking. Second-generation optical switches register clicks up to 8x faster and are rated for 70 million clicks with no double-click issues. Chroma RGB lighting and eight programmable buttons complete the feature set.

Wired USB Connection and Software Setup

Verify your system has an available USB port for the wired connection. Configuration of polling rate, DPI steps, button mapping and lighting requires the manufacturer software, so check OS compatibility before ordering. The mouse was first listed in 2022; buyers needing wireless freedom or a heavier ergonomic shape should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long will the 2nd-Gen Razer Optical Mouse Switches last before needing replacement?

The switches are rated for up to 70 million clicks with zero unintended double-clicking, so replacement is unlikely during normal use.

What limits performance first during sustained high-speed movement with the Focus+ 20K Optical Sensor?

The sensor tracks flawlessly with zero spinouts and motion sync, so no inherent limit appears under sustained use.

How much heat or noise does the 8000Hz HyperPolling generate during all-day gaming sessions?

The 71g lightweight design has no active cooling or moving parts, so it runs silently and produces negligible heat.
