Weighted bag set for temporary shelters

This set includes four black polyester bags designed to anchor temporary canopies or shelters. Each bag holds up to 25 lb of sand, providing ballast for outdoor structures. The durable fabric resists weather exposure during seasonal use. Homeowners and event organisers secure lightweight frames with these weights.

Bags measure 21 in by 15 in when filled

Polyester construction handles repeated filling and emptying without tearing. No mechanical parts mean silent operation and zero power draw. The bags add mass only, so thermal output is not a factor. Users simply position them on frame feet to stabilise the shelter.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 25 lb weighted bags on my canopy frame?

Fill each polyester bag with up to 25 lb of sand, then secure the integrated straps around the canopy leg poles at the 21 1/8 in height. The step most people miss is tightening the straps after the first wind gust so the 15 5/16 in wide bags stay centred on the frame.

When will the polyester material or straps need replacement?

UV exposure and repeated tension on the straps typically require new bags after two to three seasons of outdoor use, especially if the 25 lb sand load stays on the 21 1/8 in tall bags continuously.
