Wheel Stop for Pallet Jacks

This rubber wheel stop measures 12 inches wide by 13 3/4 inches long and stands 1 3/4 inches high. It is designed to prevent pallet jacks from rolling during loading or storage tasks. The black rubber construction provides grip on concrete and similar surfaces. It is sold new under the ZORO SELECT label.

Suits Warehouse Floors Not Vehicle Bays

The 300 lb load capacity fits light pallet jack use in dry indoor areas. Buyers needing to secure heavier forklifts or outdoor trailers should look elsewhere. The low profile works on flat floors but will not bridge uneven pavement or dock plates. No mounting hardware is included in the package.

Handles Light Loads Stops at 300 lb

Each stop comfortably holds a single pallet jack wheel up to the rated 300 lb limit. Beyond that weight the rubber may deform or slide on smooth epoxy coatings. The 12 by 13 3/4 inch footprint gives enough contact for one wheel only. Two stops are required to chock both sides of a jack.

Questions about this item

What surface or equipment do I need to mount this 12 in wide rubber wheel stop on?

The stop measures 12 in wide by 13 3/4 in long and sits 1 3/4 in high, so it simply rests on any flat floor or pavement where a pallet jack or cart wheel needs to be chocked.

Will the 300 lb load capacity hold if I keep using my older steel pallet jack wheels?

Yes, the rubber stop is rated for 300 lb and is designed to chock standard pallet jack wheels regardless of wheel material or age.

How can I confirm the stop is positioned correctly after placing it?

When the wheel contacts the 1 3/4 in high rubber barrier and the stop does not shift, the jack is securely parked within the 13 3/4 in length.
