Construction Windscreen 4 ft x 165 ft

This black polyethylene windscreen measures four feet high by one hundred sixty-five feet long. Aluminum grommets are spaced every two feet along the top, bottom and sides for secure fastening. The material is mildew resistant and suited for outdoor job sites.

Suitable for site barriers not containment

It works well for contractors who need a long privacy or dust screen along fencing or scaffolding. Buyers who require a fire-rated fabric, a solid waterproof tarp or a shorter roll for residential use should consider other products.

Aluminum grommets every two feet

The built-in grommets let crews tie the screen down quickly without extra hardware. Mildew resistance helps the fabric last through damp conditions. A Proposition 65 warning applies because the polyethylene contains a listed chemical.

Questions about this item

What support structure do I need for a 165 ft polyethylene windscreen?

You need a fence, scaffolding or frame that spans the full 165 ft length and stands at least 4 ft high so the grommets along the top, bottom and sides can be tied off securely.

Can I attach this windscreen to an existing chain-link fence that has wider post spacing?

Yes. The aluminum grommets are placed every 2 ft along all edges, so you can zip-tie or rope the screen to any mesh or rail spacing without needing new posts.

How do I confirm the windscreen is tensioned correctly after installation?

Walk the 165 ft run and check that the black polyethylene lies flat without sagging between grommets, the mildew-resistant surface faces outward, and every grommet on the top, bottom and sides is fastened.
