Questions about this item

How do I assemble the steel base and caster wheels on the Zuna chair?

Attach the five caster wheels to the steel base first, then insert the Class 3 gas lift cylinder into the centre hole before lowering the seat onto it; the butterfly mechanism bolts to the underside of the seat last.

Which parts of the Zuna chair wear out and need replacement?

The caster wheels, Class 3 gas lift cylinder and nylon armrests are the components most likely to need replacement after extended use.

At what point does the Zuna chair stop rising under a heavy user?

The Class 3 gas lift is rated for 250 lb; beyond that weight the seat will not hold its height and will slowly sink.
