Questions about this item

Does the 18 to 22 inch seat-height range on this Zuna chair align with my current desk height?

The seat adjusts from 18 to 22 inches so you can match it to most standard desks by raising or lowering the Class 3 gas lift.

Will the 23.6 by 21.7 inch footprint and steel base casters roll safely on the hardwood floor where my old chair sat?

The solid caster wheels on the steel base are designed for typical office floors; adding a chair mat protects hardwood from wear.

How can I confirm the butterfly mechanism and gas lift are operating correctly after assembly?

Sit in the chair and use the lever — the seat should rise smoothly to 22 inches and lower to 18 inches without sticking or sudden drops.
