Outdoor Aluminum Cylinder Light

The Vaxcel Chiasso fixture is a single-light outdoor cylinder finished in bronze. Its rust-resistant aluminum body is built for wet-rated locations such as covered porches, entryways and garages. Dark-sky compliance keeps upward glare to a minimum for eco-conscious homeowners. An open-bottom design allows quick bulb changes without tools.

Dark-Sky Standard Limits

Dark-sky compliance means the shade directs light downward, so illumination stays below the horizontal plane. This reduces sky glow but also limits spread onto adjacent walls or landscaping. Buyers who need broad flood lighting or uplight accents will find the cut-off too restrictive. The fixture accepts only one medium-base bulb, so total output is capped at the lamp's rating.

60-Watt E26 Medium Base

The socket takes a single 60-watt E26 bulb, LED compatible, which determines the maximum brightness available. If the project requires higher lumen output or multiple lamps per housing, this unit will not meet that need. The fixed wattage limit is the deciding specification for specifiers and installers.
