Mid-Century Modern Pendant

The Vaxcel Euclid pendant blends aged brass with faceted mercury glass panels in a five-light configuration. Its asymmetric design references mid-century modern aesthetics while the silver glass diffuses light across dining rooms, kitchens or foyers. Adjustable down rods let the fixture drop from 28.5 to 70.5 inches and accommodate sloped ceilings.

Included Down Rods And Bulb Choice

Three 12-inch rods, one 6-inch rod and one 3-inch rod are supplied so the mounting height can be set in multiple steps without extra parts. The E26 medium-base sockets accept five 60-watt bulbs; LED equivalents work alongside vintage Edison-style filaments. A compatible wall dimmer and dimmable bulbs enable full brightness control.

Dry-Rated Brass And Glass Build

The aged brass frame and mercury glass shade carry a UL safety listing and a dry-location rating for indoor use only. The 24-inch square canopy and adjustable rods anchor securely to standard junction boxes on flat or angled ceilings. No moisture-resistant sealing is provided, so bathrooms and covered outdoor areas are excluded.

Questions about this item

What bulbs does the Euclid pendant need and how many?

The fixture takes five E26 medium-base bulbs up to 60 watts each; LED lamps are compatible and vintage Edison filament bulbs are recommended for the intended look.

How low can the pendant hang on its longest down-rod combination?

With the three 12-inch, one 6-inch and one 3-inch rods supplied, the overall drop extends from 28.5 inches to 70.5 inches, and the canopy works on sloped ceilings.

Does the brass-and-glass shade run hot during all-day use?

The dry-rated, UL-listed shade stays cool enough for normal indoor use; heat output depends on the bulbs installed, and dimmable LEDs keep it lower than incandescent lamps.
