Product Identity

The Vaxcel Isley Mini Pendant 271 is a single-light ceiling fixture with a clear spun-thread glass shade and satin nickel accents. It suits homeowners seeking a compact decorative pendant for kitchens, dining areas, bars or damp-rated bathrooms.

Upgrade Context

It replaces older single-shade pendants that lack adjustable cord height or damp-location rating. The jump is worthwhile when you need a fixture that can drop from 10.75 to 142.75 inches using the 144 inches of included cord and accepts dimmable E26 bulbs.

Sustained Operation

Steel construction and UL/C UL listing support continuous use with a 60 watt E26 medium-base bulb, LED compatible, while the clear glass maintains consistent light transmission. Dimmable performance holds steady when paired with compatible bulbs and a wall switch.

Questions about this item

What ceiling opening or canopy size does the 5-inch wide Isley mini pendant need?

The pendant measures 5 inches wide and 7.75 inches high; the included mounting hardware fits a standard junction box, and the 144-inch cord allows adjustable hanging height from 10.75 to 142.75 inches.

Which step is often missed when wiring the E26 socket for a dimmable LED bulb?

Connect the fixture wires to the house supply, secure the canopy, then install a dimmable 60-watt E26 bulb and pair it with a compatible wall dimmer — skipping the dimmer-compatible bulb makes the dimming function inoperative.

When should the clear spun thread glass shade be cleaned to keep the radial glow effect bright?

Wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth whenever dust dulls the radial glow; the UL damp-rated fixture tolerates kitchen or bathroom humidity, so no special schedule is required beyond routine dusting.
