Mid-Century Sputnik Pendant

The Vaxcel Estelle P0342 is a six-light hanging fixture finished in polished nickel and matte black. Its open orb globe shape suits mid-century modern, contemporary and industrial decors. The pendant measures 26.75 inches wide by 38 inches high by 24.5 inches deep. A 5.12-inch canopy mounts to the ceiling.

Adjustable Chain and Bulb Flexibility

Seventy-two inches of chain are included, allowing the overall drop to be set anywhere from 38 to 111 inches. The fixture accepts six E26 medium-base bulbs up to 60 watts each. LED, vintage Edison clear filament and halogen bulbs are all compatible. Dimming works when dimmable bulbs and a wall dimmer are both used.

Dry-Rated Coverage for Large Rooms

UL listing confirms the pendant for dry indoor locations such as dining rooms, foyers, kitchens and bedrooms. Six 60-watt sockets provide broad illumination for spacious areas. Buyers who need wet or damp ratings for bathrooms or covered patios should look elsewhere. The fixed six-light layout does not suit spaces requiring fewer or more sockets.

Questions about this item

How often will the six E26 bulbs need replacing under normal use?

Each 60-watt E26 bulb is user-replaceable; lifespan depends on the LED, halogen or vintage Edison filament bulb you choose, so plan on swapping them individually as they burn out.

What limits continuous operation — heat buildup or the 60-watt-per-socket maximum?

The fixture is rated for six 60-watt E26 lamps; total wattage and the open orb globe design set the practical thermal ceiling during all-day use.

How much heat or fan noise does the pendant produce when left on all day?

The Estelle pendant has no fan and generates only the radiant heat of the six installed bulbs; noise is limited to any dimmer or bulb hum.
