Universal-fit CD storage for vehicle interiors

This pack supplies six standard single jewel cases designed to hold CDs, DVDs and car audio discs. Each case measures 5.6×4.9×0.4 inches and is made from durable black plastic that resists impacts and high temperatures. The transparent window lets you identify discs without opening the lid. A central circular groove keeps each disc secure during transport.

Replaces cracked or missing original cases

Swap out broken jewel cases in glove compartments, centre consoles or trunk organisers with these ready-assembled units. The slim 0.4 inch profile fits tight storage spaces where thicker boxes would not sit flat. The upgrade is worth it when existing cases have brittle hinges, clouded windows or warped trays that no longer grip the disc.

Verify disc thickness and storage depth

Confirm your discs are standard 12 cm optical media; the tray is sized for single discs only. Measure the available slot depth in your vehicle — at least 0.4 inches clearance is required per case. The universal-fit design suits most cars but cannot accommodate double-disc or thick special-edition packaging.

Questions about this item

What are the dimensions of each black CD jewel case so I can check if it fits my car glove compartment?

Each case measures 5.6 by 4.9 by 0.4 inches, matching the standard slim size used in most vehicle storage areas.

How do I install a disc into the assembled tray without it slipping out?

Press the disc centre hole onto the circular groove in the tray until it clicks; the groove locks the disc so it cannot slide during vehicle movement.

When should I replace one of these plastic cases if the hinge or latch wears out?

Replace a case when the hinge no longer holds the lid shut or the centre groove fails to snap the disc securely in place.
