System Overview

The Velztorm Ferrux is a new gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, powered by a 750W supply and cooled by a 240mm AIO liquid cooler. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed with a Windows 11 Pro upgrade path available.

Target Audience

This system suits players who want high frame rates at 1440p and creators who need 12 cores for rendering or streaming. Buyers who require more than 16GB memory or additional internal drive bays should look at the configurable 32GB, 64GB or 128GB RAM options and larger SSD or HDD capacities offered for this chassis. The single GPU layout also means multi-card scaling is not supported.

Sustained Performance

The 240mm liquid cooler keeps the Ryzen 9 5900X near its 4.8 GHz boost during extended sessions, while the 750W unit delivers stable power to the RTX 3070 under continuous load. DirectX 12 Ultimate support and G-SYNC compatibility maintain consistent frame pacing in long gaming runs, and the PCIe 4.0 SSD sustains high throughput for large asset streaming without thermal throttling.
