System identity

The Velztorm Gemmix is a pre-built gaming desktop assembled around an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X eight-core processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. It targets enthusiasts who want a ready-to-run Windows 11 Pro system for high-refresh 1440p or entry 4K play without selecting individual components. Buyers who need a smaller chassis or a lower power envelope should look elsewhere.

Thermals and power

A 240 mm AIO liquid cooler handles the CPU while the 750 W supply feeds the complete build. Under typical gaming loads the liquid loop keeps the processor near its rated clocks and the GPU operates within its designed thermal window. Acoustic output stays at a moderate level for a system of this class. Users planning sustained heavy compute workloads should verify that the chassis airflow meets their expectations.

Deciding specification

The 2 TB NVMe RAID 0 array (two 1 TB PCIe drives) delivers the single largest contiguous volume and the highest sequential throughput in the configuration. It suits creators and gamers who install many large titles or work with big project files and want them on one fast logical drive. Buyers who prioritise data redundancy or want separate OS and data volumes will find the striped layout unsuitable.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler installed, and what step do builders often miss?

The 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler comes pre-installed on the Ryzen 7 5700X; the step people miss is removing the protective plastic film from the cold-plate before the first boot.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

The sealed 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler requires no refill; plan to replace the unit after roughly five years when pump performance or coolant degradation affects CPU temperatures.

What limit appears first on the Radeon RX 6900 XT during sustained gaming?

The 750W power supply and the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keep the Radeon RX 6900 XT within its power and thermal envelope, so GPU thermal throttling is the first limit reached under prolonged load.
