Velztorm Vertix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Vertix is a mini-tower gaming desktop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 2TB SATA SSD, Wi-Fi 6 AX200, Bluetooth 5.2 and Windows 10 Home pre-installed. A 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting complete the configuration.

Best for 1440p gaming and multitasking

This system suits players targeting high-refresh 1440p gaming and creators who need 32GB of RAM for simultaneous workloads. Buyers who want more storage capacity or faster SSD speeds than a SATA drive provides should look at other configurations. The mini-tower form factor also limits internal expansion compared with larger cases.

8-core Ryzen 7 5800X with RTX 3070

The combination of an 8-core Ryzen 7 5800X reaching 4.7 GHz and an RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 decides whether this PC matches the workload. It delivers strong single-thread and multi-thread performance for modern titles and content tasks. If the application demands more GPU memory or a higher core count, a different specification is required.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy a monitor separately to use the HDMI or DisplayPort on the RTX 3070?

Yes, the system ships with no screen, so you must provide a display with HDMI or DisplayPort input to see video output from the graphics card.

Can I keep my older USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse and plug them into the USB 3.0 Type-A ports?

Yes, the four USB 3.0 Type-A ports are backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices, so legacy keyboards and mice will work without adapters.

How can I verify the Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 radios are active after Windows 10 Home boots?

Open Device Manager and confirm Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 appears under Network adapters and Bluetooth 5.2 appears under Bluetooth; both should show no error icons.
