Velztorm Mini Lux Small Form Factor desktop

This white Small Form Factor gaming desktop integrates an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-core processor, GeForce RTX 3070 graphics with 8GB GDDR6, 64GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Home, 802.11n Wi-Fi, a 750W power supply and a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The 16-core CPU and 64GB DDR4 suit creators and multitaskers who need high thread counts and large memory capacity in a compact chassis. Builders who require internal 3.5-inch drive bays, additional PCIe expansion slots or a newer Wi-Fi standard will not find those provisions in this SFF design.

64GB DDR4 memory capacity

The system provides 64GB of DDR4 DIMM memory, which is the decisive figure for workloads that depend on large RAM capacity such as virtualisation, heavy content creation or extensive multitasking.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3070 use and what bandwidth limit applies?

The GeForce RTX 3070 runs on PCIe 4.0, so the graphics card is limited to the x16 slot speed of that generation.

What are the case dimensions and weight for mounting or desk placement?

The Small Form Factor chassis measures 10.5 inches wide and weighs 30 lb, so verify shelf depth and load capacity before positioning it.

How is the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler installed, and what step is commonly missed?

The 240 mm AIO arrives pre-filled; the step often missed is connecting the pump header to the CPU_FAN socket and the radiator fans to a dedicated fan header so speed curves respond to coolant temperature.
