Velztorm Mini Lux SFF desktop

This small-form-factor gaming PC pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. It runs Windows 10 Pro on 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. The white chassis houses a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and a 750W power supply.

Suited for high-core-count workloads

The 16 cores and 32 threads handle rendering, compilation and multitasking while the RTX 3060 Ti delivers 8GB GDDR6 VRAM for modern titles. Buyers who need more than 16GB of system memory for large datasets or virtual machines should consider a different configuration. The 802.11n wireless and Bluetooth absence may also limit peripheral options.

1TB SATA SSD primary storage

The single 1TB SATA solid-state drive holds the operating system, applications and game library. No additional hard drive or secondary SSD is installed, so capacity is fixed at 1TB unless the buyer adds drives later. This drive type determines load times and total available space for this system.

Questions about this item

What case dimensions and form factor does the Velztorm Mini Lux use for the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler?

The Small Form Factor chassis measures 10.5 inches wide and includes a white 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting.

How is the Ryzen 9 5950X processor installed and which step is often missed?

The 16-core CPU comes pre-installed in the socket with the 240 mm AIO already mounted; the step people miss is connecting the pump header and RGB cable to the motherboard.

When will the 1 TB SATA SSD need replacement and what capacity matches the original?

A SATA SSD typically lasts several years; when it wears out, replace it with another 1 TB SATA SSD to keep the same capacity and interface.
